When does my credit card/payment method get charged?

If your appointment is scheduled within the next 27 calendar days, then your payment method will be charged once the installer arrives at the installation site.

However, If your appointment is scheduled beyond 28 calendar days from when you initially booked your appointment. your payment method will be charged on the 28th day regardless of when your installation is scheduled for completion.

Payment processing requires ReadiCharge to process payment on the 28th day and is unavoidable if your appointment is scheduled beyond 28 days from when you initially booked your appointment.
