For troubleshooting follow the steps below and hopefully we will get you back, Ready to Charge!
- Confirm that the property has power.
- Ensure the circuit breaker in your electrical panel that supplies power to your EV charger is switched to the ON position. This step is essential to confirm the charger is receiving power and can operate correctly.
- Verify that your charging station has power.
- If step 1 and 2 above are both ON and your charger DOES NOT have power, proceed to one of the two options below:
- Chargers purchased via ReadiCharge, follow this LINK.
- If you did not purchase your charger via ReadiCharge, please contact the supplier of your charging equipment.
- If step 1 and 2 above are both ON and your charger DOES have power, visually inspect the external components of your charging station to ensure they are free of defects. These include the charge cable and the EV plug which is connected to the charge cable.
- If the visual inspection DOES NOT reveal any defects, there may be an issue with your vehicle. We encourage you to reach out to a certified auto technician for further assistance.
- If the visual inspection DOES reveal defects with your charging equipment, please contact your certified ReadiCharge installer via the ReadiCharge app who installed your charging station for repair services. The fee for these repair services is dependent upon what requires replacement and will be determined by your installer. If the installer who installed your charging station is not available, simply select REPAIR within the ReadiCharge app and you will have the option to select a certified ReadiCharge installer who will further assist you.
- If step 1 and 2 above are both ON and your charger DOES NOT have power, proceed to one of the two options below:
