How do I cancel an installation appointment? – ReadiCharge Customers

To cancel an installation appointment, first go to your job ticket on the ReadiCharge app and click on the 'CANCEL' button. From here, you can either choose to reschedule the appointment or cancel. If you choose to cancel the job, click again on the cancel button and your appointment will be terminated.

Note: If your appointment is scheduled within the next 6 calendar days you have the luxury of canceling the appointment at any time up to 12 hours prior to the start of the scheduled appointment time with no cancellation charge. However if you choose to cancel within 12 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time and your installer has not arrived, you will be charged a 1% cancellation charge. If you choose to cancel your appointment and your installer arrives at your installation location or you are non-responsive on the appointment day you will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This 20% cancellation fee also applies to a Modified Job Scope that you choose NOT to proceed with.

Cancellation charges are assessed due to unavoidable payment processing fees.

You have the option to add cancellation insurance, which affords you the flexibility to cancel your appointment at any time before your installer begins to complete your installation and receive a full 100% refund of the service price.

If your appointment is scheduled beyond 6 calendar days from when you initially booked your appointment, and you choose to cancel your appointment you will incur a 6% cancellation fee unless your installer arrives at your installation location, which will result in a 20% cancellation fee.

Unfortunately due to payment processing fees these charges are unavoidable.

However, not to worry, by taking advantage of cancellation insurance you will be provided a full 100% refund of your service price and have the option to cancel, rebook or modify your job scope at any time before your installer begins to complete your installation.

Note: You have up to 5 calendar days to dispute any cancellation fees charged.
